This section includes two main legislations of controlled substances.
Permanent control law entitled "Dangerous Drugs Ordinance [New Version], 5733 – 1973" and temporary control law entitled "The Fight against the Phenomenon of the Use of Dangerous Substances Law, 5773-2013".
As part of temporary control schedule new substances are listed in "Urgent Declaration of Substances Prohibited for Distribution" for a maximum period of 12 months.
