The contents on the Ministry of Health website get updated from time to time.
It is now possible to register to receive updates on whats new on the website, and which will automatically be sent to your personal computer.
How does it work?
Rich Site Summary (RSS) technology (a detailed summary of the site) enables receiving headlines of the information which is updated on the content channels in the site - the channels you select for receiving updates - simply and completely free of charge. To receive the updates, the RSS Reader must be downloaded onto the computer. The software analyzes which new files have been added to the site and feeds the headlines and links for the articles on the relevant content channels to your computer.
- First step: Downloading the software
Click here to download the software. There are also browsers with built-in RSS support, canceling the need to download special-purpose software: all of the Firefox browsers as well as Explorer version 7 and above.
- Second step: Selecting the content channels to be updated
This page contains all of the content channels from which you can receive information. Clicking the icon
besides the channel name will add it to the channels to which you are subscribed for updates.
Please note that on some other sites the following icon may appear:
- their function is identical.
- Third step: Browsing the information
The software checks, at intervals that you must specify, whether any updates have been made in the content sections you have selected. You can enter to view the updates at any time, and select the links you would like to view in order to read the full information.
