May I postpone the date that has been set up for my examination from summer to winter or from winter to summer?
Yes. You should inform the Medical Professions Licensing Department in writing of your desire to do this.
Where are the examinations held?
The location of the examination will be specified in a notification sent to applicants.
In which language is the examination held?
In the theoretical examination, the applicant may choose to be examined in Hebrew or Arabic.
Does a fee need to be paid for the licensing examinations?
An examination fee is payable. Details will be sent to applicants by the Dental Health Department.
In order to receive the license, the temporary license fee and the permanent license fee both need to be paid.
I failed the theoretical examination. May I take another examination?
Yes. You may take an examination on the next closest examination date.
Is there a limit to the number of times that I may take the examination?
No.
I passed the theoretical examination but failed the practical examination. What should I do?
You may take an examination at the next examination date when practical examinations are being held. The Dental Health Department will send you an automatic invitation.
