The Ministry of Health provides services directly to both the general public, namely: senior citizens, pregnant women, the needy of health accessories, and rehabilitation devices - as well as to special groups in areas where the Ministry provides supervision and/or licensing. Among the special service recipients are: applicants for licenses for food import, applicants for licenses to practice their professions (medicine, pharmacy, optometry etc.), organizations operating X-ray machines, licensing and supervision of hospitalization institutions, other nursing institutions, etc.
The services detailed in the website are provided directly by the Ministry’s departments and units, by the health bureaus and, in certain cases, by an organization or body suitably authorized by the Ministry of Health, or which works in collaboration with the Ministry.
