All malignant neoplasms, excluding basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, but including squamous cell carcinoma of the genitals. 2. Carcinoma in situ/high grade (Grade III) intraepithelial neoplasias 3. Benign neoplasms of the brain and nervous system ICD-O-3 code ranges: All valid combinations of ICD-O-3 topography and morphology with the following exceptions: 1.Topography other than C70.0-C72.9 (brain and central nervous system) accompanied by morphology codes with a fifth digit of “0” (behavior = benign) 2.Topography of C44.* (any skin site) accompanied by morphology code range 8051/3-8090/3 (basal and squamous cell carcinomas)
