במאגר
התרופות נוספה שאילתא לגבי התכשירים המסחריים הכלולים בסל
שירותי הבריאות. בנוסף בהצגה הפרטנית של כל
תכשיר נוספו שני שדות: האם התכשיר כלול בסל ומהי מסגרת
הכללתו בסל.
הכללתו של תכשיר בסל שירותי הבריאות כפופה להגבלות שאושרו
בחוק ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי (כגון קו טיפול שני, פרמטרים
קליניים, קבוצות גילאים ועוד ) וכן להתוויות
המפורטות בחוק. במידה ולא פורטו ההתוויות בחוק - ההתוויות
הכלולות במסגרת הסל הן ההתוויות שהיו רשומות לתכשיר בעת הכללתו בסל,
וזאת במידה ולא נקבעו
הגבלות נוספות.
בעתיד יפורטו ההתוויות הייחודיות להן אושר השימוש במסגרת
הסל (ההתוויות שהיו רשומות בפנקס התכשירים
הממלכתי בעת הכללת התכשיר בסל).
הפרטים המופיעים במאגר זה נועדו לתת תמונה מדויקת ככל
הניתן לגבי זכויות מבוטח לקבלת תרופות על פי חוק ביטוח
בריאות ממלכתי .עם זאת, אין להסתמך על הנתונים המופיעים
במאגר זה לעניין מימוש הזכויות, והנתונים המחייבים
לעניין קביעת הזכות והיקפה הינם הנתונים המופיעים בחוק
ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי ובצו ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי
(תרופות בסל שירותי הבריאות) התשנ"ה- 1995 .

A new query
regarding the inclusion of commercial pharmaceutical
products in the national list of health services ("the
health basket") has been added to the Israeli drug
registry database. In addition, two new fields have been
added for each product: the product's inclusion in the
health basket and the framework of its inclusion.
The inclusion of any pharmaceutical product in the basket is in
accordance with its approved limitations by the National
Health Insurance Law (such as second line therapy,
clinical parameters, age group etc.) and the indications
detailed in the law. In such cases where the indications
are not detailed in the law - the indications included
within the framework of the basket are the ones
registered at the time of inclusion of each product,
unless further limitations were set.
In the future the indications included in the basket will be
included in this database (the indications registered at
the time of each product's inclusion in the basket).
The data appearing in this database is given with the intention to
provide a clear picture, as much as possible, regarding
the rights of an insured resident to receive medications
according to the National Health Insurance Law. However,
the data in this database should not be used for the
realization of an insured resident's rights - the
binding data regarding the rights and their scope are
those detailed in the National Health Insurance Law and
the National Health Insurance Ordinance (Medication in
the National Health Services List) 1995.
